A theatrical and minimal space, Hachiko is characterised by the vivid black that makes is presence known in every detail (from the walls to the plates to the napkins), as well as its clean, geometric lines. The abstract environment is illuminated by the open kitchen and the energy it emanates, the bamboo that soothes the senses and the compelling marble. The specially treated marble table tops with irregular edges dominate the space and showcase the delicious food.

The Japanese embrace simplicity, the most supreme quality of all, and this philosophy is reflected in the architecture, design, fashion and food at Hachiko. Minimalist design also defines the exterior dining area, where the chairs, simple black metal tables and rich greenery are bathed in natural light. The interior is also filled with natural light, which pours in through the glass ceiling at the back of the gourmet restaurant.
